If you would like to return your order, for an exchange or a refund. The product must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags still attached.  

Sale items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. If you are unhappy with your sale purchase, you may exchange or return for store credit. 

Returns Process

For all return/exchange requests, please contact us at hello@newlandstudio.co.nz within 2 days of receiving your order.

Please provide us with your order number and a brief reason for return/exchange. All items need to be returned within 7 days of receiving your order and all return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any time over this is deemed a final order. For all exchanges we will happily deliver the new item to you at our cost provided we have received your returned order. Any refunds will be made using the shopify payment process, payments can take up to 5 days to process via the channels.

Damaged or faulty goods

If goods are faulty or damaged on arrival, we are so sorry and will offer a full refund, exchange or credit note as well as refunding the cost of shipping.

We take pride in our product, however sometimes with fabrication and human error this can occur.


It's important to us that you feel comfortable and the fit is just right for you.

Please notify us at hello@newlandstudio.co.nz , what size you would like to swap, this depends on our stock availability.  The returning shipping costs are at your own expense, however, we will cover the outgoing shipping when sending you the exchanged product(s) if the order is within New Zealand
